Currently this building has an outdated arena, an adjoining side which use to be a pool, however, since the pool was removed it is an open unused area that could be used as an additional area for much needed facilities. It is clear that establishing a Multi Recreational Facility is imperative, which should include a range of amenities in addition to the arena for example a well-equipped workout room, a community hall, a community kitchen, as part of being a dedicated recreational center.   In addition, having a much needed updated arena would provide a central location for a variety of leisure activities such as ice sports and community gatherings. This flexible area would encourage friendship and playfulness, bringing individuals of different ages together and reinforcing community connections.
